Description of report:
"Achieving Family Health Literacy: The Case for Insuring Children,"
George Washington University Medical Center School of Public Health and
Health Services: The policy brief examines the link between children's
health insurance status, appropriate use of care and parents' health
literacy. The report makes recommendations for SCHIP and Medicaid
policies to help improve family health literacy (GWUMC release, 6/28).
