Bringing Research and Practice Together

LINCS, the Literacy Information and Communication System, is the backbone of
the National Institute for Literacy’s dissemination system, providing
information on a variety of literacy-relevant topics, issues, and resources.
As national attention has increasingly focused on the quality of instruction
and educational resources, the LINCS emphasizes access to the highest
quality information, especially scientifically based research and resources.
