Description

Participants in this face-to-face session will deepen their understanding of what it means to be an instructional leader. The session will help participants: (1) define instructional leadership; (2) explain instructional leadership roles, responsibilities, skills, and characteristics; (3) identify strategies for leading professional growth; (4) discuss challenges and opportunities of building instructional leadership capacity; and (5) access LINCS resources to support instructional leadership.
