Welcome to the LINCS Regional Professional Development Center (RPDC) for Region 1
Our virtual center collaborates with advisory partners to deliver high quality professional development (PD) and disseminate resources and information to practitioners across the region. We adhere to the principles of effective professional development, using approaches that build on increasing awareness and knowledge to change practice, theories, and assumptions. Our dissemination and training activities include an e-newsletter, announcements, flyers/ads, conferences sessions, and webinars. Multi-session institutes and professional learning communities support changes in practice. RPDC1 is a project of World Education, Inc.
The Tech Tips for Teachers blog is a resource to adult education teachers and tutors who are interested in integrating technology into their instruction, but are not sure where to start.
