This resource contains both evidence-based research and practice-based materials that can help guide the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of career pathways programs.
This page from the Adult Learner Persistence page offers program staff the opportunity to self evaluate their programs and to see where they can improve to help increase student persistence in their programs and throughout the student’s career pathway. The survey can be completed by individual staff members or a team of staff members for a broader picture of their program. There are two versions of the evaluation: one arranged by persistence strategies and one by adults’ affective needs.
The purpose of this resource is to allow advisors and counselors to help identify areas where they can to increase student persistence.
